Following a highly-successful social media campaign, Audi USA will launch the new TT RS in the United States at some point next year.
The campaign sought to raise awareness and gauge support of the high performance RS model in a bid to bring it to American shores.
“With performance and agility rooted in Audi motorsports success, the TT RS is truly an emotional sports car,” explained Johan de Nysschen, President, Audi of America. “That emotion became abundantly clear as we explored interest across the country.”
The campaign led to a petition of over 11,500 signatures via Audi USA’s Facebook and Twitter pages in support - proof that really important things really do get done online.
